By purchasing and using Digifile digital business card services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
Digifile provides digital business card services, including:
• A branded digital card image (downloadable and shareable)
• A hosted profile page accessible via a unique URL
• A QR code for printing and sharing
• AI-enhanced bio and service descriptions
• Contact saving via vCard format
The service is offered as a once-off payment of R199 (ZAR). Payment is processed securely via PayFast. Once payment is confirmed, your digital card and profile will be generated within minutes. Payments are non-refundable once the card has been generated.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all information you provide (name, business details, contact information, services, images, etc.). You grant Digifile a non-exclusive license to host, display, and process this content to provide the service.
You may not use Digifile for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes, including but not limited to:
• Impersonating another person or business
• Distributing spam, malware, or offensive content
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
We strive to keep your profile live indefinitely. However, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate profiles that violate these Terms or for operational reasons (e.g., platform shutdown, security concerns). We will provide reasonable notice where possible.
You retain ownership of your content. Digifile retains ownership of the platform, software, design templates, and branding. You may not reproduce or resell our platform technology.
Digifile is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost business, data loss, or service interruptions.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
